Mindfulness
Do you struggle with feeling stressed? Mindfulness can help you relax and release your tension. It is gentle and calm and I can help you focus on living and moving mindfully with using gentle music and breathing to help let go. We hold on to things and we feel that things hold on to us so tightly however Mindfulness is about being present, in the moment so all of those things fade away. It is the most relaxing thing I have ever done and my pupils feel the benefit from working with it in their lessons. My pupils enter and leave as different people. Their faces are so relaxed by the end, they look completely refreshed. It is really lovely to see.
Health and Wellbeing are also a passion of mine and to be able to bring peace and relaxation to people's lives in a priviledge that I cherish.
I hold an Enhanced DBS certificate, my classes have Public Liability Insurance cover, and we have a PRS/PPL license to play the music used in the classes. #dbscertificate #publicliabilityinsurance #prsppl
